INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY :
We understand that errors can occur when entering shipping information. If you realize that the shipping address provided for your order is incorrect, please inform us promptly to allow for address updates before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the address, and it becomes the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of these details.
If your parcel has already been dispatched and we are notified after the fact about an incorrect shipping address, it is the customer's responsibility to make efforts to retrieve the package from the incorrect address. In the event that the parcel is returned to us, the customer is obligated to cover the re-postage fees associated with resending the order. These fees will be invoiced upon receipt of the returned item.

UNCOLLECTED MAIL POLICY :
In the event that you miss the delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange for redelivery or to collect it from your nearest USPS facility. Failure to take action within the specified timeframe during which USPS retains your parcel may result in its return to us.
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you have the option to request a resend. Please note that you will be charged our standard shipping rates based on the chosen delivery method for the resend. It is important to be aware that Girl Code Lashes reserves the right to decline requests for resending packages for any reason.
